hello and welcome to sacred grove!

Thank you for honoring your inner call to deepen your relationship to nature inside of yourself and in the natural world we live in.
This Community is going to be an amazing way to root deeper into yourself, to honor your innate ability to listen to nature,
and to connect with others who share a heartfelt intention to commune with nature with reverence - from the inside out.

HOW TO DO THE BREATHING TECHNIQUE

This 2-part breath — inhaling through the mouth, into the stomach, up into the heart and out through the mouth — is the breathing technique we will practice together. Please watch the video for a demonstration and more information.

To be poor and have trees, is to be completely rich in ways that money can never buy.”
