Soul Nectar // Body Blush

This retreat has one sacred purpose:

To help you experience and embody

the luscious, intimate, fierce, fiery, often messy, uncompromising, wild …

and deeply sacred partnership

between Soul and Body.

When Madeline Giles tells you she’s running a retreat, the only answer is yes. Hell yes, even. I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of this weekend, because the space created by Madeline and the Mountain was beautiful, safe and powerful. When I first committed to going I knew it would be a chance to get away and connect with myself, but my experience surpassed all that. Between our group circles, the breathwork, and a chance to be out in nature in a way that I rarely am in NYC, some profound and deep shifts occurred within me. Shifts that are still unfolding, but ones that I feel are an important part of my journey, and I’m excited to see where they lead. If you ever feel called to go to one of Madeline’s events or retreats, do it.
— Amanda D.

Your Soul Nectar is like no other taste, sound, smell, or sensation on Earth.
It is the most divinely nutritious and delicious superfood for your body.
It cannot be found or sourced or experienced from anywhere or anyone but You!

When your body surrenders to receive a full serving of your Soul’s Nectar,
it turns on, lights up! and blushes with delight.

The Earth experience is filled with so many flavors, and sometimes -
what is marketed as a metaphorical healing ingredient can actually be toxic to your Soul’s Nectar.
When you’re going about day-to-day life, these artificial ingredients or ways of being
can be harder to discern.

Yet just as a pineapple cannot become a slice of homemade bread,
it is impossible to change the true essence of your Soul’s Nectar.
No matter how much metaphorical sugar, salt, or external ingredients you may have diluted your Soul’s Nectar with over the months, years {or lifetimes},
its true flavor is IN you, it is you! And the invitation at Soul Nectar // Body Blush is to re-member and receive it fully.

In other words:
If you’ve struggled with disconnection from your body and this planet,
And have bought into the belief that your unique Soul Nectar is too weird, too sensitive, too risky, too much!
If you find it easier and more comfortable to follow someone else’s ingrediants,
and if you’re unfamiliar with the superfood that is your Soul …
you are invited to receive and re-member in Mt. Shasta.

Soul Nectar // Body Blush is an activation, an invitation,
a sacred contract between your body and Soul.

Through group activities including sensuous embodiment practices, communal meals, soul meditations, journeys to secret sites on Mt. Shasta, Angelic Breath Healing, and special surprises, every experience will encourage experiencing your Soul’s Nectar in your body.

You'll have 4 full days to turn down the noise of the outside world and go within, letting go of linear timelines, logistics, "shoulds" and "have to's" and simplify to the rhythm of your Soul.

You'll experience the Divinity inherent in your Humanity and release shame stories held in your body.

You'll come home to your Soul embodied, and experience a deep, nourishing, soulful sense of reunion within and in community!

The miracles that have unfolded in my life and the exponential growth that has occurred as a result of working with Madeline is something that words will never do justice for.
— Heather W.

why mt. shasta?

Mt. Shasta is a sacred planetary coordinate where the energy is both deeply restorative and activating. While many people pilgrimage to Mt. Shasta for otherworldly encounters, to me, the magic of the mountain is of the Earth. There’s a silent majesty to the mountain, where the quality of air is so pure, the trees so tall and majestic it is like being in an Elven Forest. It reminds me of what life could be like if humans lived in harmony with nature and acknowledged the elements as sacred messengers of Earth’s Soul Body. We gather in Mt. Shasta because this is the place that called us…it is the sacred ground that will receive your Soul song emerging from the depths of you.

Working with Madeline has been transformational—life-changing! I’ve connected with soul-deep parts of myself that before I saw in glimmers, and experienced clarity, insight and forward movement in my creative endeavors. I feel as though I’ve shed a layer of skin and am moving into a more authentic expression of myself. The anxiety I experienced for years has shifted remarkably, and so have my relationships. Madeline is an extraordinary, heart-full guide for those seeking to move into a deep soul-space, and for anyone looking to blossom more fully into who and what they’re here to be.

A new road or a secret gate
And though I oft have passed them by
A day will come at last when I
